Designed initially to complement the ST/Honeywell MeterSuite and Precise Metering Solutions, the ST103 and ST103A are a pair of ultra-reliable data acquisition modules that provide I/O capability to systems (e.g. Programmable Logic Controllers and Distribution Control Systems) that require high accuracy and/or fiscal metering interfaces.
Specified to complement any metering or proving application, the modules boast the ideal combination of high precision I/O to monitor and control field equipment directly. All signals are read and updated within 500 milliseconds. Each module also has two serial ports, and all the information can be read via Modbus.
The compact form factor and robust design mean that ST103/ST103A can be installed in a wide variety of locations, and can operate in extreme environments with minimal power. Using a solid wire connection, a module can be remotely mounted (>1Km) from the host system.
