- Multi-Year Contract – 1, 2 or 3 year contracts are available and the charge out rates will be fixed for the duration of the contract
- Unlimited telephone and email support during office hours.
- Unlimited telephone and email support outside office hours 24x7x365.
- Discount on Simulation equipment – A 10% discount on the list price of any ST proprietary simulation equipment
- Discounts on Training - All clients with maintenance contracts will be notified of upcoming training courses and can take advantage of a 10% discount on course fees.
