Swinton Technology has developed an on-line maintenance database tool that in combination with our extensive expertise and commitment to provide high quality services, enables us to maintenance support service that exceeds that currently offered by any other metering computer system supplier.
Pertinent system information and support related data is stored in the maintenance database too which is accessible in a user-friendly manner via a web browser to any user with an appropriate login name, password and access to the internet.
A primary advantage of this approach is that all associated data is recorded / traceable. This has a number of advantages, as summarised below:

- All data is accessible to the customer as and when required.
- All data is accessible to Swinton Technology as and when required - thus facilitating the provision of a higher level of support
- As all associated data is available in the database, the package automatically calculates maintenance support service key performance indicators - thus enabling the customer to monitor the level of support service being provided.
In addition there are summary lists of the reported items, system contacts, documentation, visit reports, equipment, equipment suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
